Room area is only one factor. Ceiling height, sunlight, insulation, windows, occupancy and heat-producing equipment also affect the required capacity. Compare the model specifications and ask an authorized dealer to assess your room before choosing. The product range includes 1 Ton, 1.35 Ton and 1.85 Ton models.
Cooling capacity, shown in watts on the product pages, describes the unit’s rated cooling output. ISEER is the Indian Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio used to compare seasonal efficiency under the applicable rating method. Compare ratings for the same rating period and verify the current BEE label; actual electricity use also depends on room conditions, settings and usage.
Follow the cleaning interval and instructions in your model’s user manual; the right frequency depends on dust levels and use. If cooling drops, airflow is weak or the unit shows an error, contact authorized service rather than opening electrical or refrigeration components yourself.

Check the user manual for the meaning of the symptom or error code. You may check that the unit is in the intended mode, the set temperature is appropriate, the air inlet and outlet are clear, and the user-cleanable filter is maintained as directed. If the issue continues, note the model and error code and contact authorized service. For a leak near electrical parts or a burning smell, switch the unit off at the isolator if safe and request service; do not open the unit.
The supported voltage range and stabilizer recommendation are model-specific. This FAQ does not list a verified range. Check the model nameplate and user manual, and ask an authorized installer whether a stabilizer is recommended for your supply conditions. Do not select a stabilizer rating by guessing.
